School is out, summer meals are in! Nelson County Public School is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), disability or age, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Meals will be provided, on a first come, first serve basis, at the sites and times listed below. Children must remain onsite while consuming their meals.

Breakfast will be served on site from 7:45 AM until 8:30 AM June 8 -25, 2026
Lunch will be served on site from 10:45 AM until 12:30 PM June 8 -25, 2026
We will be sending home 3 days of breakfast and lunch meals on Thursdays, with all
students attending activities at Tye River Elementary during summer school.
