Each division must make an annual announcement advising the public that current copies of all division policies and regulations are available on the division’s website. The announcement should also state that printed copies of school division policies and regulations are available to citizens who do not have online access. State Code: Va. Code § 22.1-253.13:7.E.
Employees and members of the public may access all division policies and regulations approved by the school board through the following link on the division’s website. Citizens who do not have online access may contact the school division (our school board office) to request a printed copy of any approved policy or regulation. NCPS provides such notification by posting it at each of our four schools.
